of Sir C. Clementi's despatch No.63 of the 20th January, and to inform you that His Bajesty will not be advised to exercise Lis powers of disallowance in respect of Ordinance No.3 of 1930 intituled "An Ordinance to amend further the Opium Ordinance, 1993."
